By accessing or using Beatrice AI ("Service"), operated by Heytris ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Beatrice is an AI-powered scheduling assistant delivered via Telegram. The Service helps you manage your calendar, set reminders, and stay on top of commitments through conversational AI. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Beatrice, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes: attempting to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying model; using the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content; spamming or overloading the system; or sharing your account credentials with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. AI-Generated Content

Beatrice uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and scheduling suggestions. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any scheduling decisions. We are not liable for errors arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service — including the software, branding, and interface — belongs to Heytris or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or always available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heytris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or missed appointments, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
